Talent Acquisition Business Partner
About the role
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be involved in shaping the company’s team, and thus future. You will be a part of the full cycle recruiting of technical and non-technical talent. You will work closely with the local Human Resources team, and the full experience team in making the candidate experience outstanding. In a nutshell, you will be the face of our company!

Experience in Talent Acquisition in an international environment

Well-versed with technical and non-technical hiring

Previous satellite hiring experience is beneficial

A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues spread across international locations
You will be responsible for

Ensuring that we have the right talent acquisition strategies to attract the right people to join our growing team

Managing all the planning of our recruiting process from identifying our talent needs to developing & advertising the job description

Overseeing the recruiting process from initial application to new employee onboarding

Proactively identifying and recommending enhancements that are required to achieve talent acquisition goals based on current & future business needs
