As General Counsel, Felicia oversees all aspects of Mangata's legal function, serving as legal advisor and member of Mangata's senior leadership team. She leads all legal and regulatory matters at Mangata, supporting our business operations worldwide.
Felicia is a highly qualified and experienced transactional lawyer with excellent all-round finance experience across the energy and infrastructure spectra (including significant exposure to a wide range of emerging markets), having advised lenders and sponsors on a range of transactions, with a principal focus on infrastructure, energy and natural resources development and finance in the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa.
Felicia holds an LLB Law degree from the University of Bristol, UK, and currently serves as a member of its Law School Advisory Board. She completed her Legal Practice Course with a Distinction at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
She has recently found a passion in fitness and loves travelling, spending time with her family and socialising with friends.
